Welcome to Tare! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tare website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1Accounts

Users may create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2User-Generated Content

Users may create and upload content, such as text and images. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant Tare Logistics LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, modify, display, and otherwise use that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, including through our Service Providers and AI Providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to submit the content and permit this processing. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@trytare.com in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2ADMCA & Copyright Complaints

If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Your notice must include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location of the alleged infringing content.
  • Your contact information, including your full name and email address.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Send all DMCA notices to: support@trytare.com. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law.

2BAI-Powered Features and External Providers

The Service may use external artificial intelligence and machine learning providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or replacement providers, to process content and context you make available to an AI-powered feature. By using those features, you instruct and authorize us to transmit and process that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Provider availability, models, functionality, and processing locations may change over time.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, protected health information, biometric information, trade secrets subject to disclosure restrictions, or other regulated or highly sensitive information to an AI-powered feature unless the Service expressly requests it, you are authorized to provide it, and we have agreed in writing to process it where an agreement is required.

You may not use AI-powered features to violate law or another person's rights; generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing material; make prohibited high-impact automated decisions; bypass safeguards; or develop or train a competing model in violation of an applicable provider restriction. Your use remains subject to any acceptable-use limits presented in the Service.

As between you and Tare, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain your rights in your inputs and own the outputs generated specifically for you, excluding Tare's pre-existing materials and third-party materials. AI outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar outputs.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must independently review outputs and any proposed actions before relying on or approving them. Do not use an AI output as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety-critical, or other decisions that may significantly affect a person. Tare does not warrant the accuracy, legality, non-infringement, or fitness of AI-generated content, and you remain responsible for your use of outputs and for actions taken through AI-powered features.

3Subscriptions and Free Trials

We offer subscription plans with recurring billing. You may also receive a free trial, after which your payment method will be charged unless you cancel. Subscription terms and cancellation instructions are provided at the time of purchase.

4Intellectual Property

All content provided by Tare Logistics LLC, including our logo, design, trademarks, and other visual elements, are our exclusive property. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback or suggestions to us, you agree that we may use them without compensation or credit.

6Promotions and Contests

We may occasionally offer promotions, contests, or sweepstakes. These may be subject to additional terms and conditions that will be presented at the time of participation.
