Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Artificial Intelligence and External Model Providers

Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence and machine learning services supplied by external AI Providers. Depending on the feature You use, We may transmit the content You submit or make available to that feature—including prompts, chat messages, documents, images, audio, inventory information, and other business or operational records—together with relevant account context and technical metadata. Not every feature uses every category of data.

How AI Providers Process Information

AI Providers process this information on Our behalf to generate responses and summaries, create embeddings, transcribe audio, classify or extract information, support tool-based workflows, detect misuse, and operate, secure, and troubleshoot AI-powered features. Our current or future AI Providers may include OpenAI, L.L.C. and Anthropic, PBC. The provider used may vary by feature, availability, configuration, or customer agreement.

Model Training and Human Review

We use commercial or API offerings and do not authorize AI Providers to use Customer Content submitted through the Service to train their general-purpose models unless We first obtain authorization or provide a separate notice. AI Providers may use automated systems, and in limited circumstances authorized personnel, to monitor for abuse, enforce safety policies, provide support, or comply with law, subject to their agreements with Us. We do not sell Customer Content to AI Providers or disclose it to them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and Location of Processing

We may retain AI inputs, outputs, chat history, and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with law, and meet Our contractual obligations, after which We delete or de-identify them in accordance with Our retention practices. AI Providers may temporarily retain inputs, outputs, and safety metadata under the applicable service terms, configuration, or legal requirements. Deleting information from Tare may not immediately remove copies held in provider security logs or backups; those copies expire under the provider's applicable retention schedule. We do not promise zero data retention unless We agree to it in writing. AI Providers and their subprocessors may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, which may have different data-protection laws than Your location.

Your Choices and Responsibilities

You may choose not to use AI-powered features, although some Service functionality may then be unavailable. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, protected health information, biometric information, or other regulated or highly sensitive information to an AI feature unless the Service expressly requests it and You are authorized to provide it. If You submit Personal Data about another person, You are responsible for having a lawful basis and providing any required notices.

Provider practices can change. For additional information, review OpenAI's enterprise privacy information and Anthropic's data handling and retention information. Those notices describe the providers' practices and do not replace this Privacy Policy.
